They did an absolutely fantastic job. I believe their prices were on par with other quotes I got, but they were the most responsive and quickest. I had them come out one day for a quote and was shocked that they could get it done that day. When I came home from work, everything was done and smelled cleaned. Johnny B was terrific. He was very polite and did everything quickly and the house looks wonderful. The pool cage sparkles, the driveway is spotless and the exterior paint is very clean and mold free. The response for a quote was within 20 minutes and he came right over to look at what had to be done. I’d hire Phantom again and ask for Johnny B!

This is the best service provider in Florida and South Carolina. I never had anybody so dedicated, skilled, professional, respectful with a hands on attitude and work ethics. No one likes to have to spend money on home maintenance but I didn’t mind doing so after I saw John’s work! Our entire driveway and huge pool deck is pavers. And they were dirty and moldy...and now you could eat off of them. John pressure washed the house, too, and it’s beautiful. I reached out on a Sunday afternoon and he was here Monday morning (and worked for six hours straight). I highly recommend him!

No one likes to have to spend money on home maintenance but I didn’t mind doing so after I saw John’s work! Our entire driveway and huge pool deck is pavers. And they were dirty and moldy...and now you could eat off of them. John pressure washed the house, too, and it’s beautiful. I reached out on a Sunday afternoon and he was here Monday morning (and worked for six hours straight). I highly recommend him!

Highly recommend Phantoms Pressure Cleaning. John did a fantastic job on our lanai. The summer rains left quite a bit of mildew and he took care of all of it. Pre-treated, pressure washed and then post treated as well. He was very professional. And the rate was reasonable. Thank you John!
